It's no surprise the weather is WINDY and cold January, February and March in Cape May. Even though we are all ecstatic to see Spring finally hit, we made the best of the last three months at our meetings! January took us to Seaside Cheese Co. where the club enjoyed a private "flight of cheese". Yum, yum, and super yum. February was bowling night! In March, we met at Artist on the Rocks, and everyone did a great job creating their unique paintings.
Flag sales are doing great! It's a great way to meet people if you're new to the club, so sign up. :) This is so important because those funds go to the Educational Awards and Stockings for Recruits. Have you heard this year our club is offering Nature Camp scholarships to our Coastie kids? Just print it out from the Educational Awards tab and drop it off at the Nature Center.
The social services committee was able to put together & donate 30 blessing bags to C.A.R.A. (Coalition Against Rape & Abuse). Thank you to all who donated!
